By accessing or using the Denver AI Tech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or services. I may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Denver AI Tech is the name I work under as an independent AI engineer and business analyst. The work covers web and application development, workflow automation and AI agents, AI and LLM integration, data and business intelligence, and business analysis and requirements. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal agreed before work begins.

No prices are published on this site, and nothing here constitutes an offer or a quotation. I may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, and will give reasonable notice to anyone with work in progress.

When engaging me, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project. You are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and any content, access or materials required to complete the work. Delays in providing those may affect timelines and deliverables.

This Site

The content of the Denver AI Tech website — text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is my property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without my express written permission.

Client Projects

Upon full payment for work delivered, intellectual property rights in custom work created specifically for you transfer as set out in the applicable agreement. I retain the right to reuse general techniques, knowledge and non-confidential elements of the work, including for portfolio purposes, unless the agreement says otherwise.

Amounts, schedules and methods are specified in the individual agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payment may incur additional charges and may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during a project — business strategies, technical specifications, customer data and financial information among them. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems behind it, transmitting malicious code, scraping or harvesting data, and using the site for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

This site features an AI assistant that answers questions about my background and work. It can be wrong. It is provided for information only, is not professional advice, and nothing it says forms part of any agreement or commitment. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of what it tells you. Conversations may be retained to review and improve the assistant; do not send confidential information through it — use email instead.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or the services. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to it.

This website and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I make no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the site or the results of the services. Warranties for specific project deliverables, where given, are set out in the applicable agreement.

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable agreement. On termination you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that date. I may suspend or terminate site access for any user who violates these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, where I am based and from where the services are provided. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. Where a separate written agreement specifies a different governing law or dispute resolution mechanism for a particular engagement, that agreement prevails over this section for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of this website or the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
